From Carrollton:
Go north on I-35E and take exit 448A (Round Grove Road / FM 3040, also the exit for 121).  Stay on the access road and loop under 3040. Go right (west) on FM 3040 and go 6 miles until you reach the intersection with FM 2499 (Blockbuster and Starbucks on your right).  Go right (north) on 2499 and take the next right at the light onto Forest Vista Dr. (just past Valero).  Creekwood will be on the left, on the northeast corner of Forest Vista and 2499.

If you live closer to Hebron Parkway, go west on Hebron Parkway toward Lewisville / Vista Ridge Mall and follow above directions from Round Grove Road onward.

From Dallas and Irving:
Get to the north stretch of LBJ (I-635) and head west (toward the DFW airport).  At the end of 635 (north entrance to DFW airport) take the exit for Highway 121 North (Grapevine Mills exit).  Take the exit for FM 2499 (Grapevine Mills, Flower Mound).  After you pass Grapevine Mills Mall on your left, you will go 4 miles north on 2499 into Flower Mound.  You will cross FM 3040, then take the first right at the light after the Valero onto Forest Vista Drive.  Creekwood will be on the left, on the northeast corner of Forest Vista and 2499.

From Fort Worth:
Take Hwy 121 North toward the North entrance to DFW airport and I-635 (you will need to exit several times to stay on Hwy 121).  After passing exits for I-635 and Bass Pro Drive, exit for FM 2499 (Flower Mound, Grapevine Mills).  After you pass Grapevine Mills Mall on your left, you will go 4 miles north on 2499 into Flower Mound.  You will cross FM 3040, then take the first right after the Valero at the light onto Forest Vista Drive.  Creekwood will be on the left, on the northeast corner of Forest Vista and 2499.

From Gainesville:
Take I-35 south and merge onto I-35E toward Dallas at the split.  Take the exit for FM 1171 / Main Street / Lewisville / Flower Mound (Exit 452 or 453) and take a right on 1171.  Go close to 4 miles and take a left on FM 2499 (Long Prairie Road), the first light after the Morriss Road intersection.  Go just over a mile on 2499 and you will see Creekwood on your left just past IHOP.  At the light, take a left onto Forest Vista Drive and then a left into the Creekwood parking lot.

Take Highway 121(Bypass/toll) South toward Lewisville. Exit Hebron (becomes FM3040). Go right (west) and go 6 miles until you reach the intersection with FM 2499 (Blockbuster and Starbucks on your right).  Turn right (north) on 2499 and take the next right at the light onto Forest Vista Dr. (just past Valero).  Creekwood will be on the left, on the northeast corner of Forest Vista and 2499.
