Nursery

At Creekwood Christian Church we are committed to providing a safe, secure, loving environment for the youngest members and guests of our church. Our nursery caregivers make every effort to help the children feel comfortable and happy in a clean, stimulating and well-supervised environment.

A nursery pager system allows parents of young ones to attend worship services and Sunday School without worrying if their babies are content.  Nursery attendants can key in a number to quickly and silenty notify a child's parent if he or she is needed in the nursery.

We use a “check-in/check-out procedure.” The most obvious difference is that check-in will take place outside the nursery doors. The changes are all designed to reduce congestion in the nurseries and make them a safer, happier place for Creekwood's children.

 Our Policies
  • Nursery care is available for children during Sunday morning worship services and Sunday School until three years of age.
  • Childcare is also available at selected church activities. The nursery will be open ten minutes prior to and ten minutes following Sunday services and special church events.
  • Parents should pick up children as soon as possible following the services or activities. Sometimes children feel anxious about being left behind if all the other children have gone.
  • All belongings - bags, bottles, pacifiers, cups... should be labeled.
  • For the children's safety, no gum, candy or outside toys (with the exception of security "lovies") are allowed in the nursery.
  • Children in the nursery must have a registration card on file.
