Senior Minister - J. Allen Lowe

Senior Minister, J. Allen Lowe, joined the staff of Creekwood Christian Church May 14, 2007.  He and his wife Shirley have relocated to the Flower Mound Community from Garland and his ministry at First Christian Church, Richardson.

J. Allen Lowe is a graduate of Brite Divinity School and an ordained minister of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ.) For the past seven years he has served as the a Senior Minister of the First Christian Church of Richardson  and his previous nine years were at South Shore Christian Church in Corpus Christi, TX.  Rev. Lowe recently celebrated his 30th anniversary of ordination. Allen and his wife Shirley have three grown sons, Dr. Robert Allen Lowe, ER Medical Director in Ohio, John David Lowe an assistant fire chief in Corpus Christi, Texas, and Steven Scott Lowe, a department chair at a middle school in Orange, Texas.

Allen shared in his Ministerial Profile that as a minister, he is charged with the responsibility and offered the privilege of aiding others in the discovery of new expressions of and greater depth in our shared faith. He enjoys helping people to focus on a vision and then working together to achieve it. His references describe him as a superior pastor and exceptional minister whose sermons connect with all ages.
