Keeping Our Youth and Children Safe

Creekwood’s Child Protection Guidelines require all volunteers working with children or youth to have been a member for at least six months, or provide references from a previous church. All volunteers will need to register by clicking here.

After registration and approval, new volunteers will be sent a link for the required online Child Protection Training. Please also complete and return the following forms to Children's Minister Suzan Hendrickson.
Volunteer Information Form - Required for each adult volunteer serving with youth and children.
Consent for Background Check - Required for all adult volunteers serving with youth and children.
Child Protection Guidelines and Code of Ethics - Required for all adult volunteers prior to working with children/youth.
